What grease is OK to use on poly bushings?
[LCA's, PHR, and sway bar bushings, etc]
Besides the Spohn 14.99 + 6-7 shipping stuff?

 

Anti-sieze. It works well and lasts a really long time. I've been using it on my sway bar and front control arms bushings for a while now. A lot of a autocrossers and road racers use it. If you've ever tried to wash it off your hands you'll know why.

 

I use white lithium grease, I think it is 3.99 or so for the cartridge.

Synthetic grease; I have Valvoline. You can buy a tube for your grease gun from Napa for about $5.

 

Spohn sells a $14 tube of something they say is for poly. Not sure what it is exactly though.
