What combo of QA1s

I had a friend of mine recommend single adj for the front and double adj for the rear. Would this be a good combo for a 6 speed car?

What about Afco on the rear? They are only $20 more than QA1s. Aren't they the king-ding-a-ling of shocks for drag racing?

I would think you would have more advantage using double adjustables in the front, so you could control the rate at which the front comes up, and also the rate at which it drops back down. A 1.30 60-ft application that I am familiar with used the Afco DA's in the front and QA1 SA's in the rear (with my stock Formula springs). But that was an automatic, so maybe its different with the M6.

I have read a bit on both of your setups Fred. I would kill for a 1.30 60'. I ran a couple 2+ second 60' 2 weeks ago. Running hoosier qtp 28 x 11.5 with the 2-step set at only 3k rpm. So needless to say I need some shocks something fierce
I may just bit the bullet and do DA all the way around. I would assume that the "shock" applied to the tires would be a little different between autos and manual due to the fact that you can preload an auto a little better for the jolt to the tires. Thanks Fred

Just to clarify... the 1.30 60-ft is not in any car I own, just one I spent a lot of time working on.
