upgrade brakes

i've got some great information on upgrading the front brakes to corvette style calipers and rotors.

i was wondering if anyone out there has converted their rear brakes to corvette calipers too. if anyone has, what all is needed to do the conversion.

btw...i have a 96 LT1 camaro m6 w/ 17" slp 'ss' wheels

Re: upgrade brakes

you'll either need an ls1 axle or convert to their backing plates...and you'll need a set of c5 calipers for the rear...and a dremel to cut the anti squealer for clearancing the rotor...that's it. bolts right up, all you need to do is cut the shim for the rotor
