steering wheel wobbles

How do you fix the steering wheel? Mine moves up and down even with the steering column locked.

If I pulled mine it would bobble up and down too. oh well

You need to strip down the top of the column to get to 4 support screws item 61. These loosen up and will cause the steering wheel to move up and down. This only gets worse the longer you wait to fix it. Also make sure that the pivot pins item 39 are fully seated when you reassemble the column. This is not that difficult, just a ton of parts to take off and remember how they go back. To view the items I have referenced to. for an exploded view of the column go to:
