Question Rear springs

I am trying to lower the rear of my F-body as easily as possible for the lowest amount of $$$ possible. I really just want to bring it in line more with the front aka leveling. Has anyone ever used the MOOG CC230 or MOOG CC232 springs on the rear of their F-body to accomplish this feat? I compared the springs' specs (CC230,CC232, & CC635) utilizing the coil spring comparison tool on MOOG's website.

Re: Rear springs

How far do you need to drop it? You can get maybe a 1/2” drop by removing the upper spring seat/isolator, and putting a small diameter rubber hose on the top coil of the spring.

Re: Rear springs

I don't believe the heater hose mod alone would be enough. I'm shooting for a 1-1.5" drop with the MOOG CC230 springs & the heater hose mod.
