Lowered car a bit, suspension too stiff

Hello, I bought this kit for my 02 camaro. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/BMR-KHP003R . I like the look of the lowering springs, but every bump in the road feels like a 10 inch pothole. Should I change out the shocks? springs? both? I do have a set of Eiback Sportline springs #4.7038. What did you guys use?

The picture of the kit has you linked shows Koni shocks, but the description says Bilstein. Which do you have?

I have the Koni adjustable shocks with Strano lowering springs, which the BMR are similar to. If you don't have adjustable shocks, I would recommend going with Koni adjustable shocks. On the softest setting, it's fairly close to the way the stock suspension felt, but you can firm it up all the way to rock hard and anywhere in between you want.

Oh, if the way your car rides is your concern, DO NOT switch out to the Eibach kit you've already got! The BMR's or Strano springs are better for ride AND handling.

Re: Lowered car a bit, suspension too stiff

Thanks for the reply, I called BMR and they said they are Koni's and to try to adjust them. If I think they are still too stiff, they will send me softer springs (500 lb vs 750 I have now). BMR has been great every time I called them. When I did the initial install, the kit was missing 1 piece, they sent it out same day.
