How to change the rear springs

I have changed the coilover type springs but never the others that are by them selfs. I really never even looked at it. I am going to do this in a little bit any help would be great.

Simple, jack the car up, remove the tire, and the you can reach in and take the spring right off and put the new one in. The rears are very very simple to do. The fronts are a different story though...

^^^Do what he said except remove the bottom bolt of the rear shocks and pop off the shock. This will allow the rearend to come down lower. The springs will practically fall out.

There's also a hard rubber "ring" that sits on top of the springs that sometimes sticks to the body panel. Make sure to line up the end of the spring coil with the "stop" on the ring.
