95 Z wheel wear/alignment ?

Hello all, I went to have my 95 Z inspected and it failed cause of excessive wear on the inside 2" of my right front tire.It has 198K on it and I have never had any alignment or tire wear issues til now.

My question is could this be just a simple " needs a alignment and camber" or maybe something else like tie rod, control arm, spring problem?? Thanks in advanced.

Sounds like you have a loose ball joint on that side. Either that, or the ball joint on that side is damn near its end. If its on the inside (toward the motor) of the tire, then thats the most likely cause.
