best torque arm for using a remote mount

i need a new torque arm which doesnt rely on the stock trans mount..ive found basically 3 types, spohns, bmr, and jegs.i need to know if any are better or worse..i know they all are good companies and products, and that spohn is a nice kit with a sepreate crossmember,no welding, bmr u have to weld, and jegs you bolt onto the floor board..prices range from 250-450..so thats where ? comes in...anyone use or seen the jegs version in use?id rather spend extra cash somewhere else if i can and dont wanna have to worry about welding something

This is the best TA I have seen.

Unless you are willing to go to a design like this and or you are making huge power, I would leave the TA alone.

You could reinforce it to reduce flexing or just buy a Spohn trans-mounted unit.

Very interesting design. Took a little bit for me to figure out how it worked, but it's a pretty neat concept.

Re: best torque arm for using a remote mount

global west makes a very heavy-duty torque arm.
it eliminates the tail housing mounting point.
i run one on my 700hp 91 z28.
