98 Z28 - To lower, or not to lower?

What do you guys think?

I have a Eichbach pro kit, (Should drop the car around 2")
I'm debating on to install it or not.
Also debating on keeping or removing the ground effects.

if it were me id lose the body kit and lower it, but only if your gonna make it handle nice. i wouldnt lower it for the sake of lowering it for appearance, im more into performance then looks..
