95 lt1 steering shaft

My 95 lt1 camaro intermediate steering shaft is completely worn out. Was looking for a replacement and found no one has any new ones available. I was wondering what options I have available/upgrades that could be performed to eliminate or replace this problem.

Thanks for any help

Brandon

If you could find one at a wrecking yard, it would be the best deal. Maybe someone on Ebay or other internet site sells them.

I would the junk yard would be the best bet. I wouldn't think it would be different from '93 to '97 (maybe all the way to '02) and it will be the same in the Pontiacs. Lots of junked F-body cars out there...

Don t bother looking for a lt1 style intermediate shaft, they are gonna be in the same shape as yours. Look for a ls1 style intermediate shaft, there is a write up on how to modify the ls1 shaft for the lt1 rack. Its pretty simple I just did it about a month ago, and made a huge improvement. Found mine on ebay.
