im almost finished my rollcage except for the bars that go through the firewall to front frame. Does anyone here have camaro with the two bars plus the inner fender wells installed? Can you post a pic or two please im kinda stuck. I dont have my liners and cant get any either for mock up for the time being. would like to see if anyone has fit them ith linners installed?

technically my cage is complete as per comp eng design with of course some of my tweaks, however i would like to install the front struts and a crossbar for extra support and saftey, however i donot want to loose the inner fenders.
if someone and some chassis guys want to chime in here i would appriciate it with respect to this cage install.
comp eng 10 point cage, the main hoop is installed on plates @floor, the foward bars & down bars installed on plates @floor, the rear struts over the rear frame section/rails @slight angle. I also added a sil bar on drivers side. the side struts directly to subframe connectors. Connectors are welded to front and rear frame. solid frame bushing installed.
what do you guys think?

I bought a 12 point cage for my third gen. It's installed as per a 12 point except I didn't run the forward bars through the firewall so technically it's only a 10 point but built to 12 point specs. I X'd the door bars, added a sill bar and have the knee bar running under the dash pad.

its ironc your the first reply, the picture in the link was the last pic i looked at last night. Seam your the only person i have seen actually use the gussets supplied. Are you going to install the struts and crossbar?
Just out of curiosity, the heads installed on the 383 camelbacks what cast number were they, did you ever have them flowed?
