2010+ Camaro brakes for 98-02 F-body
The 2010+ Camaro brakes are Brembo 4-pistons. I would think that by purchasing the Brembo conversion bracket for the front knuckles the 2010+ Camaro calipers could be installed relatively easy. What about the Camaro disks, would they fit? Has anyone researched this?

The lug bolt pattern isn't the same. They're very close -- 5x4.75" on the 4th gen, 5x120mm on the 5th gen. That's 0.65mm different.
I'm not sure how much clearance there is around the lugs on the discs, but probably enough. Otherwise, I think it's just a matter of mounting the calipers and having wheels big enough to clear them.
The Brembo conversion bracket is for mounting Brembo's aftermarket caliper upgrade, which is not the same caliper as the one found on a 5th gen Camaro. They're both 14" rotors, so there's a chance it would work, but I wouldn't assume they're the same.
The most popular brake upgrade for 98-02 F-bodies is an upgrade to the 13"-14" brakes of a C5/C6 Corvette. There are a variety of adapter brackets on the market; here's one: 1993 - 2002 GM F-Body C5/C6 Brake Conversion Brackets [2120] - $199.99 : UMI Performance, Inc.
That bracket (and several others like it) will allow you to use any brake rotor and caliper (and therefore any pad) that is compatible with any C5 or C6 Corvette. Personally, I'm planning on a set of C5 Z06 brakes when I get around to doing it.
