I am also waiting a reply, but I won't be ordering the cam kit right now anyway. But I did have a lot of questions that would be helpful in knowing the answers.

I just let Seth know that you guys are looking for your emails and PM's. I know he is constantly emailing people back, so I don't know if something is screwy with the system or what

I looked through our sent mail, and I show that Seth emailed you back on the 12th, the 13th, and on Wednesday. Maybe you should just email your phone number and one of us will give you a call since there seems to be some sort of email situation.
For all of the others that have not got an email, all of our incoming mail is answered within 24 hours, so if you don't get it within a day, please email again, call us, or if possible send us your phone number and we can give you a call. We're trying to figure out why some people are not getting responses through.
