So anyone looking to move a set of 16X8s?


I am looking for a set of 16X8s, with good tires... Primarily camaro 5-spokes, chrome would be cool never had them before. Focusing mainly on the tires. No saladshooters or firebird swirlies...


Willing to trade straight up my ZR1s, 17/9.5 factory authentic, some curb rash won't but over all good shape, I think roughly 35k total miles on them between me and previous owner. Tires are shot, they hold air, but they are bald, and flatspotted(will give vibration with driving) If something goes down and you need tires on the car for a week they will work but the tires are done.

Depending also on the deal got 2 salad shooters with 235/??/16 tires on it, pretty bald.


If interested in my zr1s or the salad shooters may be willing to sell outright... I also have a set of firebird 5-spokes with tires at the wear bar, I am keeping those till I get a replacement(on the car right now), but may be willing to work that into a trade as well.


Basic idea, I want a set of GOOD tires on the car spending little to no money if possible.

have the Zr1s, 2 salad shooters, and 4 firebird 5-stars to deal with.

Not sure if he still has them or not... but EVILS1 on FS had a set of the chrome 97'-99' 5 stars like I have on my car.

 

I have a set of 2000 up 10 spokes ,non ss , 16x8 with goodyear gsc's, decent amount of tread. lemme know

 

Those woudl be ideally what I woudl want... I'll pm him over there and see if he still has them and wants to wheel and deal trying to do things the cheap way.

 

I have a set of 16x8 split 5 spoke (02 Z28) in silver,
a set of 16x8 chrome 97+ 5 spokes with fair tires,
plus a few sets of salad shooters.

All these could be had cheap.

 

Het Eric I may be interested in your ZR1's if you don't work a trade with someone. I have two sets of race tires and only one set of rims so that's not working very well. One set is for autocross and the other is for the road course events.

tires are 245-50-16 bridgestone with less than 200 miles on them

 

I just gave away my 16X8 5 spokes with bald Yoko AVSi race tires on Saturday.

Still got 3 fair condition 16X9.5 C4 sawblades though. If anybody wants them let me know.

 

What year? Left, rights, what exactly do you have left?

 

I have 2 rights and 1 left that are still usable. I was thinking of making shop stools out of them but would probably never get around to it. They've been used for race tires for many many years so they're kinda scratched up. The 2nd left got intimate with a concrete light pole. It is missing a good amount of bead lip and I'm sure it's not repairable. But they'd make a great set of bar stools. lol
