funny thing is yesterday I was jsut thinking wow, a nice f-body dirtier then my car? That means he REALLY needs to wash it...

course I cheated, I ran it through the carwash at BP, I wanted to get the undercarriage sprayed, lots of oil all over the bottom of my car since my bad oil leak. Too cool out to be washing cars.

Makes you feel any better I cut a corner a little close and nicked a curb goign about 50, little gash in the front right tire and a little scratchon the rim...

ohh well that is why I don't get nice rims... that and the whole being broke thing.

i washed mine sunday, and now its a completly different color... i wish i didn't have to worry about the opticrap or i'd take it through the carwash as well. so much easier that way

Ouch, too bad you hit your car Yea, everyday after school I goto work and don't get home until 6:00 when its too dark to wash a car so the only time I have is on the weekends but I'm happy to rest that I don't feel like washing it. You guys know about the brushless car wash at 7-11 on the corner of Goldenrod and Lake Underhill, well I used to go there before I put my body kit on. I have Xenon front, and sides, and I was wondering if the car would hit if I went to that one?? I recall there is a little bump right at the end of the line that you have to go over so it can hold your tire while the spray moves around. Would anyone know if my kit would hit or not? It hasn't been lowered, just the kit is on it.

-Thanks

when should we have this competition? we need to meet up to discuss the details. Anasazi, and Matt-01 are in my Geo class, lets get a plan down, this will be fun as hell if we can pull it off.

You do not know the half of what I did to your rims

clipping a curb is usually not uncommon for me I usually snage a rear wheel, I haven't knicked a front one in awhile, put a little gash my my homemade racing slicks up front.

Body kits in a car wash... I would advise agianst it... I have been to a few different ones and most of them I scrap the air dam pretty bad... I wouldn't risk ground effects...

You know, to get something organized we'd have to talk to the track officials. They would have to be convinced it would be worthwhile to them though. We could however, have our own contest just for the fastest slip on a given night. I don't think that would be nearly as fun as getting them to actually set us up on a bracket night or something.

do you think it'd be easier just to get them to set 2 lanes off for the UCF crowd? that'd be nice, cause then we could do that and we wouldn't have to be pushing the cars every 40 seconds.

I doubt they would setup 2 lanes just for us UCF people considering there would be like what, 50 at the maximum or something. It would cause too much congestion on the regular lanes and OSW seems to only do special things when its a few hundred cars that are participating.

WillyBoy, you got that extremely loud black TA right? remember talking to you a while back about it. I can't wait to get my QTP headers with dual electric cutouts. I want it to sound like a real v8, none of this cutout/stock manifolds crap.

This thing is seriously a BEAST.

Err yea, the white TA, I just saw a black one the other day and it messed with my mind. Yea, good ole banner, lol. It seems whenever I drive my mom's miata around, I pass all these nice fbodies and I wish I was in my ss, lol. If any of yall happen to see a light blue miata with a black vert top and it sounds like it has intake, its me! I pulled the air box off a little and moved it to the side, lol its my little racecar.

... parked next to a beautiful red SS convertible, it was so nice and clean, clear lenses, nice tips, looked good. Saw the #168 from CFFB in there, I keep seeing more people from our club on campus, its really cool.
