UCF people inside

Just wondering if anyone is taking any summer classes. I'm taking ACG 3361 (Cost Accounting with Charles Bailey) and MAN 3301 (Human Resource Management with Benjamen Rockmore). Anyone taken these classes before? are they hard/easy, etc. These are during summer A-then I'm taking 2 more (right now, maybe 3 more for Summer B).

If you are taking any classes over summer let me know and I will see if I have taken any of them and can give you some notes or tests, etc.

Erik

Alright, unfortunately I haven't taken a Biology class at UCF-I took some beginning class at SCC. Anyone else taking classes this summer or you going to be having fun?

MustangEater-you should have tried to take it at SCC or something. Thats where I took that class-it was cake.

SFB: that's crazy-a bunch of classes you are taking. I'm doing the same though, 2 classes for Summer A, and 3 in summer B. Today is horrible (I think the next 6 weeks of my life are going to suck). I got to school early to get books and find my classes (so I woke up around 7:30, school from 10-2, homework then work). I'll be doing that routine every day M-R . Oh well, good luck to everyone. Also, if any of you have to take ACG 3361 I'll tell you who you should NOT take. Most boring teacher I've ever had.

Also, SFB-how did Brents decals turn out?

Erik-

The decals are perfect, they look great. I was in Tampa all day yesterday and one of my friends there might be buying some from Brent too.

Yeah I know all those classes are a load, but I can handle it. I just got back from MAN 3301 in Daytona and it seems pretty easy, there's only eight 10-30 question quizzes all semester and you get bonus points for bringing in articles dealing with HR. There's only like 12 students in that class too, so it shouldn't be too hard.

For MAN 4101, all we do is complete these exercises at the end of each chapter, write a page summary on it and that's pretty much it, but there's a lot of them. All group work takes place in class which is cool because there's no way I'd have time to meet outside of class. I'll see how MAN 4701 is, I start that tomorrow.

Let me know what books you're using, if I have any, you can borrow them. I spent $260 for 3 books, then I found out my friend saved 2 that I need, so I returned 2 to the book store and got $160 back $(cha-ching)$, and am using his books for the semester.

Yeah, I bought 2 books and a stud guide for $219.

I'm using COST ACCOUNTING-A Managerial Emphasis (11th Edition) by Horngren, Datar, and Foster

Then I'm using some book for my Human Resources class-but it was brand new (the guy at the bookstore said they switched to a new edition).

I had that class with him before.

He was like so straight-edge when I had him and now he's got long hair and seems to be mellowing out.

He was a great professor though.

Erik-

I don't have any of those books.
