Angry Turn signals

My driver side turn signal won't work. It lights up but doesn't flash. I've replaced both front and rear turn lights. I checked the ground wire from both lights. The passenger side works perfectly fine. Any ideas where or what I should check now.

There is a turn signal relay that is usually under the dash somewhere. It's what you hear clicking when the lights flash.

The socket that the bulb goes in can be bad too. This is common.
