Timing a 350 engine

i have an 350 chevy camaro 1987 with the tpi engine can some tell me the timing for this motor, the motor has been bore out to 30 over new comp cam (part # 08-501-8) am not getting the power that i should have. so i need to know what is a good timing to set this engine on.
