Last I looked, AZ had Optima red tops for $109.99 + tax. About $20 - $30 cheaper than most places.

Did your battery's cell go from green to red? I assume you have the 5 yr. Delco.

get one from discount auto... I never really had any problems with them, and when I did usually under warranty.

Not sure how optima batteries do but I have heard lots of people use them. But the thing is batteries go bad early because of the high heat conditions in FL, thats why I usually go with a mid-range one at advanced auto or sears for like $40, usually comes with 3-4 year warranty, and usually went bad before that and gets replaced for free.

NAPA for an Interstate, or an Optima from Advance Auto.

A little info. There are only a few battery manufacturers. (they make them for other companys and put there label on it).

Save a few bucks and get a everstart from walmart. You wont be disappointed.

Yeah, I once heard that roughly 75% of batteries are made by Exxon.

I picked up my battery (Kirkland Signature brand) at Costco in June of 2000. Still going. $42.
