Post Show a success, even though BT's dissappeared

Well, apparently I was the LAST person to find out that BT's dissappeared into thin air. I'd been trying to contact the owner to make some last minute plans and the phone number wasn't working, nor was his house number. Well I hadn't been on the board in several days, or checked my email so I showed up earlier in the day on Friday just to be confronted w/ this MAJOR problem. I got a little freaked out but made a few phone calls to straighten things out and next thing you know Everyone is showing up anyway. I'd say there were ~~roundabout 20 cars total. NEXT month we'll try to be more organized and find another venue with someone welcoming us to the lot. Thank you everyone that came, I had lots of fun despite the technical difficulties i.e.-no lights in the lot.

To tell you the truth I was surprised at the number of cars that showed up. It's nice to have a "show" to go to. Hopefully more will come next time and maybe we'll get some lights.

It was a great turn out. Half of us had some Publix subs in place of BT Grinder's. Too bad the lights never came on.

I'm contacting John and Lou S. on this one. Pasquale's was actually on my list of places to consider back a few months ago but I hadn't recieved mail from John. We'll work this.
