Ported LT1 heads w/ matching ported intake man.: Guaging value and interest

Well, if you've read my post on here, you know that my motor went south a few days ago. I've found another motor and am considering just dropping it in and not transferring the heads. Here's the specs:
The intake manifold is coated inside and out with Hyperkote's Cermakrome for appearance and performance. The runners are reshaped and radiused at the top, then gasket matched at the base. The heads are Vinci Hi-Performance hand-ported LT1 aluminum castings. Fully ported and gasket matched intake and exhaust as well as fully polished combustion chambers. Decked to slightly increase compression ~0.2 points. They still have stock valves to keep velocity high in mild applications. LT4 Hot Cam valve springs are currently installed. You can contact Joe Vinci @ (407) 292-4500 to ask for flow numbers and details, but I used to work there and can tell you how the combination performed. These are the heads and intake used on the LT1 Punisher Package ($7995.00). When put on a car that has cold-air intake, MAF ends, 1.6rr's, shorty headers, high flow cat, and borla cat-back, plus reprogramming, the intake and heads netted an ADDITIONAL 30-35hp over those mods. When a CC306 was added to that combination they added an additional 45-50hp over what the CC306 did after reprogramming and tuning.

When I take them off, either way, I'll be redecking them to make sure they are straight and having them professionally inspected as I know @ this point that I blew a head gasket in the process of the motor going. They were never overheated, here's what I believe happened. On April 25th it rained real hard all day and night. At about 11:00p.m. I hit a puddle that came up over my hood and stalled the car. It started back up, but about 10-15 minutes later started idling rather bad. The next day I noticed a few puffs of smoke/steam but the car wasn't overheating or anything. I think the hydro-lock from water getting in the cylinder mainly blew out or damaged a ring, but also pushed a small hole in the gasket. It ran fine for about a week and a half after that, but went downhill from there.
$$$: The retail price on the heads w/ matching intake is $1,8995.00 (plus $275.00 core). I've only put 8,000 miles on the setup so I'd like to get $1050.00 for everything but will take all offers into consideration. If you want new and/or larger valves installed I can have that done for an addtional price. I can also have the heads flowed for an addtional cost. Call the number in my sig or email me with any questions. I still may transfer them to the new motor but I'm considering going w/ nitrous instead; so I'll consider partial trades for an NX wet kit or similar product.

okay, 14 people have read this and no replies. If the asking price is out of your range, throw a number out there. I guarantee the heads to be satisfactory for 45 days

What kind of HP was your motor pushing? How fast did you end up running in the 1/4 mile? Do you have any clue about how well they flow compared to the AFR LT1 heads? I have another friend of mine with an LT1 vette as well also and might be what he's looking for...

hp and 1/4 times are kinda proprietary, PM me if you want to know about those. But, w/ the right cam and bigger valves it would support over 425 N/A hp and flow near 270cfm intake, 200 exhaust. W/ the current valves it flows around 260/194

got_hp, someone's already asking about the whole motor and someone else says if I'll hold'em for 2 months he'll put $350 down now. Yeah, they'll prolly go fast. You already talked to me about the heads I offer regularly though, and if ya don't have the cash now, they're only about 300-400 more.
