Yeah, if you include the wieght I lost before leaving I've lost 55lbs. Also, for the first time in my life I've actually started to show muscle definition. I still have a lot of room to improve though and I'm working out 5-6 days a week now. 3 are manditory AF PC which consists of a two mile run followed by pushups, situps and other calestenics. The other 2 or 3 days I do wieght training or play 2 hours of raquetball. I started my classes on Thursday and OMG is the curriculum INSANE!!! I've only had a day and a half of class and I can already read Korean (although I have no idea what I'm reading, lol). They aren't kidding when they say that you get 3+ years of language training in 18 months.

Allen .... you're looking great! Looks like the Air Force hasn't changed much at all .... things still look about the same and the comraderie is still there. Sort of like an extended family. Hvae fun and don't believe everything they tell you (told me I could only be stationed in the US ... my first assignment was to Turkey ... it went downhill from there).
