OSW Wednesday Night?

Anybody from UCF or Orlando area planning on going Wed. night? I haven't been in a long while and I wanna see if the 3.4 has a 1-wheel-driven low 16 in it. I also wanna watch some real cars run too. So if anyone else wants to go, post and maybe we can meet up there.

I might, but i don't know, they really don't prep the track on wednesday nights, not that they do it very well on friday nights. I'm not sure I'll find out tonight, if i get off my lazy **** and change my fuel filter, hehe.

How cold is it supposed to be?

I might try to make it I have a test to fail at 6pm at night so I would be showing up late, like maybe 7:30-8. But I need to stat getting used to my new clutch at the track if I am ever going to be getting times.

If I do go I will be in the blue 3.4L camaro looking for a mid 15 second 2 wheel driven run.

After feeling the weather today I am most definitely going tonight.
The low tonight is gonna be 50, and the humidity right now is only 40%. Its gonna be a nice night fellas, take advantage!

i was there. had to leave early though. but i had 2 good runs. one a 13.844@99.85 and a new best 13.797@99.97 also my first 1.9 60' times a 1.984 and a 1.956. too bad i had to haul at 7:30. but the lanes were getting crowded and i had to meet some people on the other side of town.

I was there got a new personal best 15.679, stil 3rd best N/a 3.4L :P I needed to beat a 15.677 for second place.

Either way traction was iffy, and I got 2 runs showing up at 8:00, good night for me, on my 15.679 run I should have actually raced the Saleen I was lined up against, poor guy ran a 15.975, with a 2.9 60'. Instead I assumed an *** whooping so I concentrated on a good launch with crappy prep, and had a 4.8 R/t

Fun stuff though.

Also around 8ish, a nearly stock nitroused 99+ v6 stang ran a 12.8 and blew his motor, took 45 min. to clean top end of track.

this is the exact reason why i don't want to do nitrus

wouldn't have minded seeing it happen though, and see what the specs were.

nearly stock v6 and it rain a 12.8 on nitrus? he must have been running like a 200 shot on a stock engine... no wonder it blew.

I think I heard it was a 125 shot...

Either way some v6 f-body guys are running 12 on the juice with reltively stock internals, jsutsome port and polishing, they are doing it semi ok. Even a girl runing 12.6s with a suprecharger, small shot of spray and stock fuel system.
