Moving to Tampa
 

Hi everyone,

I am moving to Tampa in a few weeks. I am looking around the I-275 area, mostly downtown. Anything I should know about Tampa (besides being way hot in the summertime)?

There isn't really much in the way of living arrangements downtown except for places like Harbor Island. That is just expensive condos.

Are you looking for a place close to where you are going to work?

Sort of close to where I work, but I'll be working in Lutz...which I hear doesn't have much of anything going on.

Trust me, you don't want to be driving from downtown to Lutz and back everyday.

New Tampa is east of Lutz and is a pretty decent place to live. What are you looking for?
