Looking for new house (roommates needed)

Well, my roommate has gone from an over-partying under-grad to an old man master's student. He sold his vette for an old neon and goes to bed at 9:00. I'm just about tired of him complaining at the drop of a pin after he goes to bed, hogging the internet, and not allowing us to have ANY parties what-so-ever.
Anyways, I'm looking for a new house to live in, whether it be one that I figure out how to finance, or move in w/ some other college-minded people has yet-to-be determined. Either way I'm looking to spend >$350/mo. including utilities, have a garage for when the car needs work, and live w/ people that know how to clean up after themselves.
If anyone already has a house and needs another roommate or is interested in moving in under the above conditions, lemme know.

Like I think we've discussed before anazazi, a house is the way to go around here! Hell, if all goes as it usually does, maybe I'll have a room for you by then

hello
I just moved here from gainesville and am transfering to ucf for spring. I too am lookin for "college-minded" people to go into a house with. My current roomates suck out loud and complain about how loud my car is and how it wakes them up at 9:45 at night. They also say that my tools and "air sprayerv thingy" (air compresser) takes up too much room. Hell, I am even willing to pay the deposit. If anyone wants to get a house or has any good ideas please let me know. Thanks - Greg

I am in the same boat as Anasazi, my roomates this year are pretty cool, I spend most my time at my girlfriend's place, she has become a "good student too" I am missing out on the patying life between schhol and work.

Either way I am up for **** load of tools and a garage. But won't even be considering till next march-april, for where I will ive next year.

In about 6 or so months my mother is most likely moving up to Pennsylvania and leaving me the house. At that time I will most likely be looking to have some room mates.

I'll keep ya'll posted with further updates.

Hey guys, for some reason I haven't gotten the email notices that you all replied to this. Sorry. Hey 94, where is your pad located? Anyway, I have no idea how soon I'll be looking to do this, but I'm thinkng hopefully Januaryish. Time will tell though. I'm just realizing that 2+ car guys in the same house will have to make some compromises...who gets the garage for their car, where ALL the tools go....
