I've seen lots of nice f-bods in Orlando...

I've been in town since Sunday, moving my brother and his friend's down here for school. In the Goldenrod & Aloma area. Finally have them unpacked, furnished, setup, etc. and will start checking out the local sites... of course I don't have a car, I have to stick with them.

Anyways, just thought I'd say hi. We've been hitting the Sonic alot, there are none in Ohio... not to mention the nice weather down here! Let me know if you guys cruise or hangout anywhere, would be cool to meet up.

And any tips or advice on local stuff would be appreciated. Washington Mutual was reccomended as the best bank... closest beach? Good jobs? Best pizza, chinese, etc. ?

Go Bucs!

I live right in that area... If you want some good pizza, go to Gino's in the K-Mart plaza on University and Goldenrod.

Best Pizza has to be Unos Chicago Classic, or as weird as it sound Hungry Howies with Butter Garlic Crust....

Look up Muscle cars of Orlando...

Can't beat Daytona, but I only take my SUV because I would not want sand in or on my camaro.

Good Jobs well look further down the posts.. As long as you have an AA there are a few tech jobs open...

I would say Suntrust or if you can get in Central Florida Eductors Federal Credit Union.

Also for china man food try los chintos... It is on University on your way to UCF. It is in a plaza that has applebee's and boston market..

Also avoid backyard burger unless you like tossing money away on crap food.. McDonalds is 1 zillion times better......

I drive A red 97.. Haven't been to sonic in a long time, but let me know I might swing by...

I second the Uno's Chicago style. I have never had a pizza better than their prima pepperoni, ever

I live right in that area too. Where exactly did you move. I live in the WoodBridge Apt complex on Goldenrod, its about a 1/4 mile from University Blvd. The best pizza I've had around there is at Costanzo's in the aforementioned KMart plaza. I'm very happy with SunTrust, and there is one about a 1/2 mile away from that intersection.

Yeah... thats right near my area. You actually might see either of my cars. I've been driving my White 92 Y-body (Corvette), and my friend has been driving my Silver 95 Z28 the past 2 weeks due to his car being screwed up pretty bad.

There are quite a few F-bodies and stuff around.

Thanks for the info guys!

I won't be staying down here, I have to leave and go back to cold *** Ohio on Saturday. But just wanted to find out local info for my brother. They moved into the Sun Key apartments btw.

And thanks for the tip on OSW, just got back from there, watched T&T. That is quite a price though, $10 to race or watch? I thought NTR in Ohio was bad charging $7. Spectators should pay much less. And that track needs more workers! Nobody was working the waterbox, and idiots were doing their burnouts way too soon, and staging as soon as the cars left the line. Wasn't organized very well at all.

Ya at times it seems a little rushed.... It is hard to knock legal racing for fairly cheap though.

Damn!

I wasn't knocking the racing price, although at $15 I am now. But I was knocking the spectator price being $10, and for a test and tune night... that is insane! And if it's $15 now too, that is a shame.
