Ok, lets hear some good excuses why everyone cant meet up at sonics on university at 9pm. It's a good way to break up the insanity of the week.

You might find this hard to believe, but me and my buddies started the TUESDAY night cruise in tallahassee.... Before it went to Sonic we would meet in the parking lot...across from subway on Tennessee st and Ocala...near the Pool hall and BW3s....that was back in like 1994... after a while the cops moved us out...

We even did crusies across town to drag race in the NATIONAL Forest behind the airport.... or the road between capital circle and monroe st near the fair grounds..... and out to the infamous COON BOTTOM. Near the GA/FL state line....

I won many a RACE out there....and broke alot of parts hooking on that bridge.... WOW!!! that was BEST!! Of course... competition got better and better each year.... And I could not keep up... so racing to to watching and hanging out for me.... could not afford to RUN the GAS and break parts....

Couple of my local buddies still go up there....to Sonic on Capital cir NW....

 

I shoudl be there in my new slow car. But at least it works

 

I knew there were a couple of guys that met up at the Sonic on Capital Circle but I havent been able make it up there. Tallahassee Muscle Car Assosiation always meets at the Sonic by Lake Ella at 10. Ill try to hit up the other Sonic next week and meet some new folks. Are you still local?

 

Shane is coming down, hopefully in his 12 second turbo 3.8L v6 firebird.

NO I left Tally in 1999.... I miss it though.

 

Do you know Tony??? He drove an 88 Mustang fox body convertable, very fast.
