well the engine I think threw a this or blew a that. dont know dont care just blew the F^CK up tonight. how much and where can I get it done with not alot of down time and reasonable price

totally sucks guys, 91K and the engine went.

 

yo dave that is really ****ty to hear, couldnt hapen at a worse time could it!! im feelin for ya. same thing happened to me whe i had a 97 monte carlo with 3.1 v6. overheated i let it sit then i started it back up drove it then it overheated again. took it to shop to get fixed he siad i blew head or intake gasket then he replaced them and i warped one of the heads so he sent that out. he told me to be easy o it for first 1000 miles the bring it back and he would tune it right. well whe i drove it off the lot it was pinging real bad, took it right back and he says that is bottom end, then proceded to say tis isnt good, and im like what he says imgoing to have to tear it down again i will need more money .i was furous well i got 88 miles more out of the car and that was the end of that, the car had 95000 miles on it whe this happened.
if i were u i would get new motor or one from junkyard dont mess with fixing that one... just my experience later man
