September 22-23!!!

At this event, in the center of the field is a HUGE car show with many different car clubs! And needless to say there are over thousands of people at this show, and the weekend is the amazing The cars are displayed on Sat. and Sunday. AF starts on Thursday of that week, but actual car show dates are 22-23.

Each car club is given spots to show their cars there. Spots are based on the club's ability to have their spots filled both days. OUR club has 45 spots total, and we are on Pit Row in front of the Media Center and NationWide garage which is PREMIUM spots at the speedway

Saturday for lunch our club also eats in The Speedway Club Suites which over looks the speedway 6 floors up thru glass windows. An awesome experience!!! More info on our site, along with pictures!

Our club is an ALL GM car club, and we have some of the most awesome cars displayed at the event! I have a few spots left, and would like to know if anyone here would be interested. Cost is $20 per car, and that is passes for both days, for 2 people per car. ALL MONEY is donated to a charity of the club's choice, which we support military and children charities. We have a lot of club trophies we purchase in addition, the speedway also gives us trophies to give out. Cars are judged by another GM club that has no affiliation with our club. All of this is done on Sunday, along with a 50/50 and door prizes. Cars are REQUIRED to be in their spots 7am Sat and Sun thru 4pm Sat. and most people usually head out Sunday around 3-4pm. You do not have to leave your car over night, you can take it and come back Sunday.

Our club is a great mix of people, and we all have a great time. The people who are listed as showing are the ones who are addicted to this show and keep coming back We have grown from 20 spots in 1998 to 45 spots in 2012! Getting extra spots at the speedway is a BIG DEAL. This is a very large show! Once you come, you will want to come back in the spring!

We are a non-profit club and have no dues or worries. We like to hang out, do shows, and cruise-ins. If you have the weekend free, and can commit to these 2 days, please send me a PM or contact me thru the site. If you decide you want to show, you will receive a packet in the mail with ALL the info you will need about a month before the show. It will include tickets, raffle ticket, door prize ticket, dash card, agenda, ect. You can pay on our Sat. morning meeting on the 22nd.
