carb'd LT1 in florida
My friend is moving to floida soon. He has a 1993 Z28 with a holley carb powered LT1. None of the orginal emmissions equipment is still there (except the cat). Can he pass inspection in Florida?

Depends on the county. I know some counties down towards south Florida do emissions, but I know most of the central florida area has no emissions testing. If he's moving to DB he's got nothing to worry about.
