Black Powdercoating or painting?

Black Powdercoating or painting?
I have SS rims on my car, and i want to paint or powdercoat them black, with just leaving the outer rim lip the sliver. Who in town does that for a descent price? and if anybody here has any hookups that they know that would do it for a good price that would be great.

bmr does powdercoating, but they are down near tampa i think.
