Help...just bought 1.6rr's
I just bought crane gold series 1.6 roller rockers......now do I need to change the valve springs? I have 70,000km on the odo. I have a stock cam too.

If I do need to change the valve springs(which i really don't want too) can I make out with the LT4 valve springs? How much are they from GM? Can you guys give me a part number?

Most will say yes you do. The springs will be pushing it w/ the 1.6 RR's! Sorry, no part # though.

Check for coil bind and retainer clearance. The 1.6 only pushes .03 more than the 1.5's

Why didn't you check this out before you bought the lifters. Not being rough on you just curious?
