first day at track with 94z

Well Took my 94z to the track yesterday. I have owned all thirdgens and this is my first LT1 car. The best pass of the day was a 14.25@95 with a 1.95 60ft. "pep boy tires" car is an a4 with 2.73 gears. 105k. I have an elbow from home depot with a k/n filter, and a rebuilt trans, with a corvette converter. I was pleased with the results. Not bad for my daily driver. Now I just cant wait to finish my 406 in my GTA . So does that sound about right for an a4 2.73 car ?

thanx beleive it or not I can get 1.80s out of them in my 88 trans am. I just let the air down to 23-25lbs. If You just hammer the throttle they will spin. You kinda have to go to half then ease all the way to full.

I picked up a tenth. on your way to the staging lanes give the brakes a good hit to get the excess water off.

That time sounds about right with an auto with the 2.73's. Maybe a nice catback would waken her up and maybe help you see 13's??
