I will be getting a magnaflow muffler soon, wher the one pipe goes in and then one exists to each side. am i going to lose or gain power over the 2OTL.

 

Internals being equal, I don't see how you can outflow a straight through design (2OTL).

 

Do you want your car quieter or something? The 2OTL is the best sounding cat-back I've heard yet on the LT1's.

Both should flow near-equally IMO. Either way, each system is dyno-proven to be one of the best. And remember, the Magnaflow is only a little louder than stock at idle and cruise(only gets loud at WOT).

I love the sound, but the look of it isnt my thing, I like the one on slash cut pipe on each side.

 

by a little louder then stock, do you mean the 2OTL? or stock stock?
All I want is a little deeper and more musclecar like sound.
I think this is what I am going to get.
