What kind of coolant to use after replacing optispark?

What kind of coolant to use after replacing optispark?

I am about to change my optispark and was wondering what kind should i use? Dexcool? or something else? plus how many things of coolant should i buy? 1 or 2?

Use dex-cool. The green stuff is a no no.
