Does a 93 have any problems with the high stall converters?

Does a 1993 Z28 have problems with a high stall converter, say 3600 ?
Since it is speed/Density and the computer is not a complex as the newer models I was just wondering if I would experence hitting the rev limiter or not shifting on the 1-2 or 2-3 shift ?

Thanks,
Jim

700R4s don't have problems with higher stalls.

I have a 3200 myself.

Its only the 94-95 4L60Es.
