I have a 1995 Firebird Formula M6. My fans in the cabin of the car are simply not turning on.

I haven't tried simply replacing fuses yet, but if that doesn't work, where should I go from there?

 

You could start shotgunning parts , otherwise you need the schematics and a voltmeter or test light to isolate the problem.

Scroll to page 8A-63-0 for schematic and also chart 2 on page 8A-63-5 can be used for No Blower conditions. could be wiring, open fusible link to blower relay, defective HVAC control assembly, Blower resistor or blower motor.
