I have a pair of BBK Shorty Headers for sale. Took them off my 95 Z28 since I am upgrading to long tubes. They have been on the car since 2002 and have a fair amount of wear. I do not know what years they fit, all I know is they fit my 1995.

The passenger side was bolted in, but the driver side had been welded to the Y-pipe. I cut off a piece of the Y-pipe so the entire header is included.

There are tiny slits in the mounting flange. I did not install these myself so I dont know if they are supposed to be there or not. They don't look like cracks because they are straight and clean cut. They did not leak when they when they were last on the car. I included pictures of them so you can see:
