I'll be sticking with 1.6 RR's. About to swap, is this everything I'll need?

Well, firstly, I would like to thank everybody that helped me out and gave me their input on all of my problems and questions. It helped me massively!
So, after hearing all of your input, and doing allot of research myself, I had come together with this part list to fix/freshen up the top end of my motor. If you are curious why I am doing this you can look into this thread so I don't have to re post pictures and what not.
My Original Problem
Here is my parts current parts list. Let me know If it looks good, or If I should change anything. I want to do this one time and do it right!!
-PAC 1518 Springs
-Comp Cams Pro Magnum 1.6 RR in 716
-Comp Cams 648-16 7degree valve locks
-Comp Cams 787-16 Steel Retainers
-Comp Cams 7940-16 Chrome Molly Rods
-ARP 134-7103 7/16 studs
-GM Guide Plates 14011051
-LS7 Lifters
I have decided to go with another set of 1.6 rockers and stick with my hot cam. I have been told by a lot of people that I should replace my cam while I am doing the top end renovation and I would see a gain. But, I think I am making some pretty good power with my current set-up, even though it isn't, or hasn't even been working right. Here is are the results from my last dyno session with the incompatible parts. Since then I've modified my exhaust, added the LTCC and a electric water pump. I'm thinking with a properly assembled valve train and the mods I have added...and possible another tune I'd probably be looking at dyno numbers around 400hps.

I've been reading that more and more lately. Guys saying "Well as long as you're doing such and such you might as well do such and such". It's like an epidemic. Amazing how some so easily spend other's money.
If you're happy with the HotCam, keep it.
I wouldn't change lifters either unless something's wrong with the ones you have.
Just my view.

Thanks much for your response! The lifters were just one of those things where if I was in there, I might as well replace them. I just wanted everything up top to be like new. Although, maybe I'll hold off, unless I can find a deal on them somewhere. Thanks again, and hopefully I can piece this all together and make it work!
