Polo Green 96 Trans-Am. Modified and very clean.

Selling a Polo Green 96 TA with Tan Leather interior. Its a fully loaded car with everything that came on one in 96. Monsoon stereo system with added amp and 10" sub. Odometer shows 89717 on the body but everything in the drivetrain has less miles on it. Everything from the doors forward have been freshy painted and also the rear bumper. The rest of the car has been buffed and of course Zaino has been applied. Motor is a fresh 355 build with a lightweight rotating assembly. It currently has abut 45 miles on it. After a few more break in miles it will go for a dyno tune. This car was in GM High tech for the bolt on LT1 shootout. It also was the first bolt on LT1 in the 11s. Heads and cam were added and had a best run of 11.2 @ 121 while still tuning the combination in to get it to its max potential. A new lightweight bottom end and a cam change has been done since then. The cam has been changed from the previous setup because it was too peaky so the new Futral cam should be delivering more hp under the curve. Price reduced..asking 9500, details below.

Negatives about the car
* Carpet is cut for a bolt in Wolf cage that is no longer in the car. The front and rear mats cover up the holes cut but the deck holes are exposed where you can see them.

Gears have some whine to them.

Thats about all I can think of at this time. Please feel free to contact with any questions by pm here or email to herrint at yahoo.com. I have some quick pictures but plan on taking better ones to show the true condition of the paint. You won't be disappointed with this car and its a true must see car to fully appreciate what it is.

Put some new wheels on the Polo Green TA. They are C5 Z06 Motorsports 17/18 with 265/40-17 and 295/35-18s.

First off I have cash in hand, and I am 2.5 hours from you. I cant give you what you want for the car, but I am VERY serious and I need to buy a car SOON.

I have some questions about the car, please don't PM me, call me at 4094661188. Send me a TXT message if you can before you call. I am staying up real late the next couple days so call me anytime (even now)

Don't answer these on the forum, I don't check this much.
Main questions are:
1. what if anything is wrong with the interior
2. is the paint in good condition, any fading, or oxydation
3. Have you priced a new piece of carpet?
4. is the body straight
5. Has the tranny been rebuilt? if not I feel like the car should be alot less because it WILL need a trans job soon

sent you a text and waiting on reply to call. But I wil answer these questions for anyone reading about the car

1. The dash pad cover is cracked(plastic peice from dash to windsield). Carpit is cut for a roll cage.
2. As stated in original post. Everything from the doors forward is new fresh paint. Also repainted Lower side skirts and rear pumper. Car was dissambled, painted and reassembled. The rest is original paint with no fading, cracking, or oxidation. Whole car was buffed and has about 3 coats of Zaino on it now.
3. No, haven't priced a new peice. If I run across one I may pick it up. Thing is if you race this car at the track I'm pretty sure that it will need a cage. Its cut and ready for a wolf bolt in.
4. Body is streight as an arrow. I just looked again and can't even find a door ding. Only thing I would consider a neg. on the exterior is the tail lights are delaminating alittle. Not as bad as some I've seen but they are doing it. I'm thinking of doing a light tint on them.
5. Tranny has a stage 3 kit in it. Its sifts firm and consistant.

The price of the mods alone, roughly 9 grand in parts to reproduce this car, are what I'm asking for the whole car. With new paint, labor and the book value on the car makes this, in my opinion, a great deal on a turn key modded car. Everything is negotiable though.

Its a hyd. roller in this car. No more tuning required. Don't look at the mod list in my sig. Its a different car so all mods plus some are in the original post.
