Help with AC Hose Assembly

I bought a new AC Hose Assembly from O'Riely's, but I am having trouble installing it. Is there any way to install the hose without taking off the header. I bought the hose as one unit. Is there anyway I can take it apart to install it, and go that route. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

If the header is preventing you from bolting it to the compressor, then by all means get the header out of the way.

I bought an aftermarket A/C hose assembly (main hose to compressor). There was no way in hell that it was going to fit with the longtube headers. The aftermarket lines must be bent differently then the stockers.

I had already thrown out the stock lines to compare the difference. The part number on mine was 34844, the brand was ready aire.
