Does any one have instructions on how to adjust the throttle cable? Right now my pedal is on almost on the floor. I don't think the cable is broken because I can make it move a little but not too much...

 

Something is not right. You need to look for anything broken. I don't think there is enough adjustment to bring it from "almost on the floor". That's not normal.
You also need to specify whether you have TCS or not.
