I wanted to chime in really quick to say something about the vendor R&D Speed. I ordered my die cast and when I received it I was not happy about the condition my car came in. I replied to an email they sent and in passing made a comment on how I thought they might be able to avoid this in the future.

I was not expecting anything from the company, I was just putting in my $.02. Not only was the communication from Dan prompt and to the point, put Dan told me they were going to ship me out another car at no charge to make it right.

This type of customer service is scarce nowadays and I would like to let people know how their service is and my experience.

I like working with Dan, watched his business grow a bit and hopefully CamaroZ28.Com helped it grow.

As the supplier of the die-cast cars to him, I am concerned about the condition of the car you received. Was it damaged in shipping to you or was it possibly a quality control problem that I should be made aware of? Happy to hear he took care of you regardless.

The packaging had been damaged during shipping. The padded envelope they sent it in just didn't hold up to the abuse. The quality of the actual car was great. I was actually pleasantly surprised at the quality of the car. Great job on the design Jason and to Greenlight for making such a great item.

Now I just need to get my hands on a Series I car.

We were packaging the cars in nice padded envelopes which allowed the packaging to get beat up in transit. We have since switched to shipping the cars in a box to avoid any damage caused during shipment.

There are no issues with the quality of the car Jason; they have all been perfect.

Thanks for the kind words Enfuego. That is the only way I know how to do business. I'm not happy until my customers are happy. Your car should be arriving today.

Not a problem. With all the horror stories out there it's good to share a good one. I can gaurantee that when I need to get some parts (with an LT1 it is a certainty) I will be looking to you first.
