52mm TB question

52mm TB question

So based upon the mods in my sig, do you guys think that porting my stock TB would be worth it? How much do places usually charge for something like that?

You will get a small gain from going to a 52mm TB over the stock 48mm...I'll be selling my 52mm TB as soon as I get it off my car..I'm pushing 550rw so I'm upgrading to a 58mm.

I'd say worth it for the seat of the pants feel....definitely feel the kick from my 54MM.

It would be worth it...You can find them used all the time in the 4 sell section. I felt a little gain when I switch.

A bored stocker would run around $170. Be sure you get one from someone that installs bearings in the casting for the throttle shaft, this eliminates the wear that is common in the alum. casting.
