Car wont Idle and WIll not rev! Need Help(EGR HELP)

Ok. Recently I pulled my intake manifold off to get to a leaking oil sending unit port that was leaving a good leak under my car. During the process I tried to pull the injector rails off and I accidently pulled out the pipe that feeds the injectors. I reconnected that and placed some RTV so that it would not leak. While the intake was off. I made some custom EGR block plates using sheet metal. I blocked off the back of the intake and the header port. I put everything back togather and NOW the car will not idle. And it will not rev. WHen I try to rev the motor it cuts out. As if its not getting any fuel or a leak. My first thought is if it wont idle. Then that seems like a vacuum issue and maybe thier is something else I need to do along with blocking off the ports i.e egr. Please help me. Im trying to go race on thursday. My gut feeling is I need to put the pipe back on. Is any of that stuff Computer related as far as blocking off the egr pipes?
Thanks
Chris

Hey Guys I think I might have fiigured it out. I had the Vacuum hoses crossed up between the Ege Valve and the feed going into the selenoid. The part that goes into the intake was suppose to be for the valve not the intake.
