Which 7/16 Roller Rockers will fit/work
I've got AFR 195 LT4 heads and Proform valve covers.
I've snapped two 3/8 rocker arm studs. I have upgraded to 7/16 studs and I'm looking for roller rockers that will work/fit. Looking for suggestions.

First I think you need to figure out what you are doing wrong to cause the broken studs.
Not the answer you wanted but if you just throw parts at it instead of finding the root cause you will run out of patience and money.

Harland Sharp is the only mfg I've found that actually references 7/16 roller rockers for LT1/LT$ configuration. I had a set of scorpion 3/8 narrow rollers and thought I would need something "narrow" in a 7/16, but have not found any along those lines.
I run Comp steel RR's (7/16" stud) with my afr 190 heads. Purchased RR's and studs (A comp part mfg. by afr) from Summit. Had trouble with guide plates (valve/ roller alignment) but, altered them to put the tappet on center of the valve. I replaced Crane Self_align (3/8" stud) with the Comp. The Comp have larger rocker trunion bearings. I have not had trouble with breaking rocker studs @ assembly. I now use blue thread lock-tite on the stud threads on the head since I have had studs come loose due to deformation of the washers with SA type rockers (recc use of a head bolt washer). I use the Proform valve covers which clear the locks on the Comp RR's. B.
Narrow usually goes right along with self-aligning, which you wont find in any name brand you recognize more than likely. Just run comp pro mags with guideplates, clearance is a little snug around the bolts between the rocker pairs but my stockers fit with minor tweakin and i made my billet covers fit later on, went sheetmetal for my shaft mounts.
I'm not familiar with the inside of the proforms or I would tell you if it would work, but they're popular on here, so they must somebody knows if any mods are required as well.
On another note, your pushrods arent making contact with the head AND the guideplates are they? I've seen that plenty of times and it would cause a binding and stud breakage outside of brittle studs.

On the 2 cylinders where the studs broke, #6 & #8 intake, the push rods and guide plates don't show any wear from contact or otherwise. The engine has approx. 1000 miles on it. I was hoping to stay with aluminum roller rockers.
I run the pro-mag RR's 1.52:1 ratio with my CamMotion (lift maxed for these afr heads). They fit under the Proform covers (changed from stock LT1 covers). The stock covers can be made to fit by cutting some of the internal ribs. I had trouble with the guide plates (a gm piece from Summit). Had to alter these due to roller misalignment on the exhaust tappet, but, a better solution is the adjustable Isky guides. Roller can be adjusted directly on the valve tappet (no cutting and welding unless you want to). Hope this helps. B. (97ss 383 - D1/ 72# Inj/ M6/ afr 190 heads etc...).
