Iac part number...wich one between the 2?

I ve look on shoebox website to fond the iac part number and there was 2:

IAC 1994, 1995 (w/ KC4)
AC-Delco #217-429
GM p/n 17113099

IAC 1995(w/o KC4), 1996-1997
AC-Delco #217-433
GM p/n 17113188

Whats the meaning of KC4??

Mine is a 95/m6/no oil cooler.

Thanks

Are they interchangeable? What effect would an oil cooler have on the IAC?

Last quick one,is there any difference between a oem gm unit and a Napa or autozone unit?

I know that in some case, oem parts are better but in this particular case???

Hard to say with electrical parts. All of them die when they feel like it.
