dyno results on gm847/head car

i got my car dynoed! yay! i am really disappointed with the results. i am not sure what the problem with it is.

http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y18...ns_4_14_07.jpg

my mods are
gm847, ported heads by ARE flow 270.4 and 194.1@.600 + 263.7 and 189.1 @.550 w/ 190cc port volume, 1.52 pro-mag rockers, electric water pump, pace setter long tubes, two 2 foot extensions and then dumps off the back of each collector,!air and !egr, 52mm throttle body, double roller timing chain, and whatever else supporting mods would be required are there. still using the stock computer and optispark. 136k mile short block. i really thought i would dyno much higher. at the end of the two runs when i backed out the clutch slipped pretty darn good until i got it to my trailer, but i would imagine i could see clutch slipping on the graph.

let me know what you guys think. maybe i was just wishing for too much.

its kind of hard to read the graph, but the maxes were 382.88 hp and 364.71 tq (sae corrected)

I made 405/371 with a cam over 10 degrees smaller, stock wp, stock 99k bottom end, and a miss at 5800 +, so I would definatly think your car has alot left in it. Was it dyno tuned? Was there any knock or anything else going on during the runs? I don't see any a/f either, it's kind of pointless going to a dyno without a wideband...

a slipping clutch will still load the motor, I would say the computer needs a little work, should produce more than that. what rearend are you using. through a 9" your not that far off.

Seems to me those #'s are right on par considering you're dynoing through a TH400 according to you sig...

edit: Nevermind I just re-read and saw your comment about the clutch I guess that TH400 in your sig really is sitting next to the car still

Looks to me like you gave up some lift; why 1.52 rockers vice 1.6?

Kinda weird that your hp drops drastically after 5Krpm.

if u have the th400 in ur car ur numbers are prolly close to what they should be. Even without the th400 ull only gte a few ponies

I would reccomend 1.6rr and u will prolly hit the 400 mark

i dont know much about ur heads but on a headed cam 350 ur numbers are about right

i will be dynoing my car in about 2 months (waiting on mechanic and parts) i will have the GM847, fully ported stock heads and larger valvesand 1.6rrs , through a 4l80e and dana 60 i will let u know what the results are

How did your 4l80E swap go, or is it done yet? A friend of mine and my self swapped his '98 Z28 M6 over to a 4L80E about 4-6 months ago, it wasn't that bad at all.
