What plug is this?

Yeah, I haven't 100% looked into the cruise control yet but there is no other type of cable going to the throttle body besides the gas pedal or in the engine bay for that matter.
Not sure if I plan to put cruise back on so if I don't plug this back up would it cause any issues or throw a code/service engine soon light?
